Working at the IKZ
At IKZ scientists, engineers and technicians with different expertise and background are working together on our current research topics.

In 2015, the institute has been awarded the audit berufundfamilie certificate for its family-friendly human resources policy. The objectives defined in this process will be implemented.
The institute aims at increasing the representation of female employees, especially scientists, at the institute. Therefore, women are strongly encouraged to apply for positions.
