Working at the IKZ

At IKZ scientists, engineers and technicians with different expertise and background are working together on our current research topics.

We offer a co-operative and open working environment and a broad range of interesting tasks.

We place special emphasis on the reconcilability of job and family, offering flexible working time models as well as full or part-time employments.

In 2015, the institute has been awarded the audit berufundfamilie certificate for its family-friendly human resources policy. The objectives defined in this process will be implemented.

The institute aims at increasing the representation of female employees, especially scientists, at the institute. Therefore, women are strongly encouraged to apply for positions. Also, we actively support our female researchers in participating in the mentoring program of the Leibniz Association. More links on the promotion of women and equal opportunities can be foundhere.
