This year's working group meeting "Fabrication and Characterization of Massive Semiconductor Crystals" of the German Society for Crystal Growth (DGKK e.V.) will take place during the "Berlin Photonics Days" in Berlin-Adlershof from October 9-10, 2024. This will provide an opportunity to present the results of current work in the field of solid crystal growth and characterization and to discuss them with representatives of the relevant companies and institutes. As always, the main topics will be silicon for microelectronics and photovoltaics, other "classical" semiconductors (germanium, III-V and II-VI compounds) and wide band gap semiconductors (e.g. nitrides, oxides and carbides). The working group is organized by Matthias Bickermann (IKZ).
We are looking forward to a lively participation and scientific contributions. Participation in the working group meeting is free of charge. If you are interested, please send an email to matthias.bickermannikz-berlin.de.
